Creating and Logging into Your Account
To create a Staid account:
- Download and install the app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
- Open the app and tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen.
- Enter your name, email address, and create a strong password.
- Tap "Create Account" to complete the registration process.
- Verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
To log in to your account:
Launch the app and enter your email address and password on the login screen.
Tap "Log In" to access your account.
Managing Your Account Settings
To manage your account settings and preferences:
- Tap the profile icon in the top corner of the app screen.
- From here, you can update your personal information, change your password, and customize app preferences.
Recovering a Forgotten Password

As a user of Staid, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. When you choose to delete your account, we will permanently remove all the data associated with your account, including documents, summaries, annotations, and any other personal information stored in our system.

At Staid, we respect your privacy and understand the importance of protecting your personal data. If you wish to delete your user data from our system,
please follow these simple steps:Log in to your Staid account:Launch the Staid app and enter your email address and password on the login screen. Tap the profile icon in the top corner of the screen to access your account settings. Request data deletion:In the account settings menu, look for the "Privacy Policy" and go to Delete my account section. Tap on the "Delete My Account" option. Please be aware that once you confirm the account deletion, the process will be immediate, and your account will be permanently deleted from our system without any further confirmation.
Please note that we do not send a confirmation email for account deletion, as we do not retain users' email addresses. This policy is intended to protect your privacy and ensure that your data is removed swiftly and completely upon your request.

We retain your data only for as long as it is necessary to provide you with our services. Once your account is deleted, we will permanently erase all your data from our system, and it will no longer be accessible.
